"Great area of Mobile to be in. Very quiet neighborhood with quick access to i10, Lowes, Walmart, and Tillmans Corner shopping. All the neighbors have been very welcoming to our family after moving here from the Midwest. The golf course has been purchased by Mobile County and should be opening within the next few months to a year. "

"everyone pretty much stays too themselves. We sort of look out for eachother. It's quiet yards are clean& cut. everyone's friendly kind& very respectful of eachothers property. Schools are close by walking distance for the kids. Really loves my hood.."

"Many residents have pets and walk then daily. So far I haven’t encountered any pets without a leash. I can’t say much about pet poop, I’ve seen it in the grassy areas but not too often. I assume owners clean up after their pets. "
