"Unsafe and not kid friendly. Violence and eyesores all around. Surrounding schools are failing schools. The neighborhood that lack essentials that many people need to survive. "

"We are near everything Tuscaloosa has to offer. If you work at UA, downtown or DCH, it is a 4 minute commute"

"There is a huge park on the river where you could walk and play with your dog. The only downside is that most dog parks are inside of individual neighborhoods and the only public one is over 9 miles away."
