"My neighborhood is close to all of the festivals and events held downtown including our Fall Festival, Celebrate Centralia, and many others. It is also within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. "

"This area is great. We have friendly neighbors who will help you with anything plus this area is walking distance from community events such as the Balloon Fest, Halloween Parade, Autumn Festivals and so much more. There are four Pharmacies, a Hospital, a gas station, Burger King, McDonalds, Central Park (YUM!), Walgreens, and CVS all in walking distance!"

"THIS ARE IS A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. IT HAS A COUNTRY FEEL BUT CLOSE TO SHOPS AND RESTURANTS. IT IS IN A K-8 SCHOOL DISTRICT. YOU CAN SEE THE WHITE DEER AT LEAST ONE A WEEK!!"
