"its a mobile home park they have there own community. it has a doggy park and a kids park right next to it and also has a fishing pond and a swimming pool and a place you can reserve for parties. the women in the office are very friendly. "

"plenty of children play outside, and walk home from school which is really nice to see. people dont drive too quickly through the neighborhood roads and it is quiet and peaceful"

"the biggest issue I see is that there are lots, I mean LOTS of stay dogs around this area. there are also another of busy or main roads so that could be a issue if you don't have a fence or a kennel. other dog owners in this area are also not good about picking up after their dogs. on the bright side there are some walking trails and parks in the area. "

"No sidewalks and the streets are poorly lit. Also, I've seen a few stray or unleashed dogs roaming the neighborhood- pit bulls, large dogs, etc."

"there is good quick access to 23rd st, Crysler, and Noland Road. There is also easier ways to 39th St, I-70 and 40 Hwy once you learn the neighborhood. "

"Close to 435 and I-70 makes it pretty easy to get anywhere in the metro in about 30 minutes. Also easy to get to most majors streets throughout independence "

"art fairs and yard sales. That's about it. Every pretty much keeps to themselves for the mosy part. But everyone is friendly and it is very walkable."

"pretty good schools, not the very best in town but above average for sure. People here are kind and stay mostly to themselves. there's a broad diversity in income from the minimum wage renters to upper middle class families. safe, quiet, pleasant place to live. "

"Other than the occasional item stolen from an unlocked car, this is a pretty safe, low crime area. Neighbors don't go out of their way to talk to each other, but I also haven't noticed any unpleasantness in the 5 years I've been here. It's been a good place to live. "
