"Everyone has dogs and walks them. It's the only thing people are neighborly about. Some fenced dogs are excessively aggressive, though. "

"My neighborhood is very central to salt lake, and has good public transit access as well as quick access to the freeway. It does have some vagrants and people who don’t clean up after their dogs and such."
