Truth: It’s actually not just a “rumour.” British powerhouse singer Adele just spent $9.5 million on a four-bed, six-bath home for sale in Beverly Hills, CA. The home is in one of the city’s most exclusive gated communities: Hidden Valley. Despite sounding like a field full of salad dressing, Hidden Valley actually comes with a guardhouse out front and celebrity neighbors. (Adele will probably see lots of Avatar beauty Zoe Saldana at the neighborhood potluck, since Saldana just ditched trendy Los Feliz, CA, for a property two doors down!)
TMZ.com reports that the 6,597-square-foot home is located on a 17,000-square-foot lot. Built in 1977, it welcomes guests into a grand two-story foyer. Adele can practice belting out her next hit song in the two formal living rooms — including one that has plenty of space for a grand piano and leads to the light-filled formal dining room.
In addition to the four spacious bedrooms (including a master with two large closets and a bonus room), there’s a stunning kitchen that connects to a large family room and breakfast area. It opens out to an outdoor area with a grill, treehouse, outdoor train set, and a private garden with a swimming pool, gazebo, and dog run. We’re sure Adele’s son will love the treehouse, but can’t you just imagine Adele’s BFF Jennifer Lawrence coming over to play with the train set? That’s what we call “Rollin’ in the Deep.”
