According to TMZ, Diaz is in contract on a condo located in the chic, upscale Walker Tower – where the penthouse just sold for $55 million! Diaz’s new Big Apple apartment has 3-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, a home office and Southeast exposures with views of iconic NYC landmarks including the Statue of Liberty and Freedom Tower.
The living space has views galore and the master suite boasts coveted southeastern views and offers abundant closet space. The second and third bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms. Diaz’s apartment also features a large laundry/utility room and tons of closet space.
Additional amenities of the 3,022-square foot residence include custom-designed features including tilt and turn windows, lighting and marble and limestone countertops.
