Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Quietly Sell Laurel Canyon Home

Posh pad reportedly goes for $2.66 million in an off-market sale.

Hollywood-hunk-turned-critical-darling Channing Tatum continues to Step Up his real estate game, and he certainly knows what he’s doing.

The Foxcatcher star and his wife, Jenna Dewan, have sold their Laurel Canyon home in a deal that was so A-list, it never even hit the market.

Word is, an industry exec in the know snagged the house in an off-market deal for the three-bed, three-bath spread to the tune of $2,668,500.

Built in 1927, the 2,538-square-foot home has an open living plan with a curved teak staircase that leads to the second-floor master suite. And if Chan and Jenna, who bought the home in 2008, felt like having friends over to put on their dancing shoes, they could shimmy all night long by the patio with an outdoor fireplace and swimming pool. And of course, party stragglers could stay the night in the home’s quaint guest house.

Hey, at least we know Jenna’s dancing skills are better than her driving ones. On Thursday, she accidentally crashed into a parked car on the Sunset Strip in LA. However, she does have good manners; Jenna made sure to leave a note.

The dancing couple shimmied on over to Beverly Hills only last month, where they just purchased a Magic Mike XXL six-bed, six-bath home for $6 million in the highly coveted 90210 ZIP code. Coincidentally, the home is located right next door to One Direction star Harry Styles’ home.
