“Break the Rules” singer Charli XCX just snapped up a four-bed, four-bath home on the eastern side of the Hollywood Hills for $2.815 million — pretty “Fancy” for a 23-year-old!
It may be in the heart of Hollywood, but Charli’s new spread looks more like a piece of her native England. A Tudor-style home with grand floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a courtyard and gardens, the elegant house was built in 1927 and has been fully restored.
The 4,423-square-foot house features a two-story living room that flows into a formal dining room and kitchen. In the master suite, canted ceilings create a unique space to go along with expansive closets (the girl’s got to keep her electro-pop wardrobe on point!) and a classic bath.
There’s also a “speak-easy” suite with its own entrance, in case any other pop princesses want to spend the night. Of course, we know Charli’s gal pal Iggy Azalea already has a sick Tarzana, CA, pad of her own, so chances of a slumber party are low.
Charli’s currently out on tour with the band Bleachers, but at least she’ll have a place to call her own when she returns home to LA.
