Report: Charlie Sheen Selling The Home He Bought For Estranged Ex-Wife Brooke Mueller

Amid a nasty (and we mean NASTY) custody battle, TMZ is reporting that Charlie Sheen is trying to quickly sell the Beverly Hills mansion he bought as a primary residence for his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and their twin boys, Bob and Max.

Located just around the corner from his mansion in the gated, upscale neighborhood of Mulholland Estates, Brooke’s 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 6,625 square foot home was purchased by Sheen on October 23, 2012 from billionaire Tom Gores for $4,800,000. According to TMZ’s report, Sheen wants to sell the home quickly and for exactly what he paid for it, because terms of his divorce from Mueller specify that any profit made on the residence must be split evenly. So if he sells for zero profit, he owes her nothing.

Isn’t love grand?

The home is a total stunner, especially at that $4.8M price point – it’s Spanish-style villa on expansive, private grounds. The home centers around a formal living room that then opens to a library/den, dining room, theater, gourmet kitchen and family room. Brooke’s master suite has a separate sitting room, dual fireplaces and multiple walk-in closets. Outside, the spacious backyard has a large pool/spa and built-in bbq.

When everything was amicable between Charlie and Brooke, this home was the perfect spot for her and the boys to live – because Dad was just around the corner. Charlie actually owns two more mansions in Mulholland Estates – a 6 bed, 9 bath home he paid $6,999,999 for on March 31, 2011 and a 5 bed, 7 bath estate he picked up on April 28, 2006 for $7,200,000.

While Charlie’s not with his real estate agent, it’s likely he’s with his lawyer. He and Brooke’s heated custody battle rages on.
