Chelsea Clinton and Husband Marc Mezvinsky List New York City Condo For $4.475 Million

Chelsea Clinton and her investment banker husband Marc Mezvinsky are trading up in New York City!  The duo recently purchased a $10+ million condo and are now listing their nearly $5 million pad.

They bought their new place in a secure building on East 26th Street for $10.5 million in March 2013, which led them to list their former home nearby for $4,475,000.   The moving van didn’t have to go far, as the couple moved just a stone’s throw from their former condo. In fact, both buildings are located in the stunning Flatiron District and have views of Madison Square Park.

According to The Real Deal, this for-sale condo actually belonged exclusively to Chelsea’s husband, who bought it in 2008 for $4 million. The couple had been living there since their $3 million 2010 nuptials until they finally moved on – and up – to their fabulous new $10M pad!

Since their wedding in 2010, the duo have been busily working and building a life in New York. He’s an investment banker, and she works on behalf of her father’s Clinton Global Initiative and sits on the board of IAC Interactive and the School of American Ballet. She also has a contract with NBC to do pieces that “make a difference.”
