Courteney Cox and David Arquette Snag Buyer

They're letting go of their Beverly Hills architectural gem.

According to reports, Courteney Cox and her ex-husband, David Arquette, have finally found a buyer for their under-the-radar Beverly Hills architectural estate.

Listed for $19.5M, the Real Estalker is reporting that the Mid-Century style home is in escrow for about $18 million bucks, and the rumored buyer is successful producer, songwriter and Grammy-winner, Dr. Luke. He’s also the same celebrity real estate aficionado that snapped up Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne‘s former Malibu beach house for $7.925M in 2012.

Timing is right for Courteney and David to make a deal on the estate they own together. Although they still amicably co-parent their 10-year-old daughter Coco together, the duo have been officially divorced since May 2013. Although the two remain “Friends,” Courteney just announced her engagement to Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid, and David has since moved on to girlfriend Christina Mclarty, with whom he has a young son named Charlie West.

After they separated, the estate spent two years unofficially on the market as a “pocket listing.” With no takers, the A. Quincy Jones-designed Beverly Hills estate hit the MLS in September 2013 for $19,500,000.

The Wallace Ridge estate is nestled in the uber-private and high-priced gated Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills. In June 2004, in their happily married days, Cox and Arquette purchased the trophy property for $5,450,000. They had the single-story home completely restored by renowned architect Cory Buckner in 2006.

The in-escrow estate is an approximately 5,500 square foot home on one level, with 4 bedrooms (plus maids rooms), 5.5 bathrooms, detached office and uniquely gorgeous circular swimming pool.

Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland held the listing.
