Kaught You! The Fake 'Keeping Up With The Kardashian' Home Hits The Market For $6.25 Million

Not quite real!

One of the many secrets of the reality TV show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ has just emerged! According to TMZ, the exterior of the home that appears multiple times in each episode as the “Jenner House” has just hit the market for $6.25 M. As a result, the millions of viewers who watch the Kardashians every Sunday are just now realizing that the home they thought belonged to the famous family is just a façade for reality TV. While it’s made to appear as the home that Kris, Bruce, Kendall, Kylie, Kim, Kanye and North all live in in the affluent community of Calabasas, CA, the home is a fake that’s actually located in Studio City.

The Kardashian/Jenner’s actual home is 20 miles away in Hidden Hills, CA in a 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 8,860 square foot home they purchased on March 9, 2010 for $4,000,000 and a fake home is used for security and privacy reasons – mainly to keep the throngs of Kardashian–obsessed fans from crawling around outside the home trying to catch a peek of the famous family.

Newly listed, this home in Studio City, CA has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 7,049 square feet and a sprawling backyard with in-ground pool. The interior photos are a stark difference from the black, white and glam décor that Kris Jenner favors for her massive family compound.

This sale will be one to watch, as the new owners will have the rights to pull their home’s image from the show. In that case, the Kardashians will need to find a new ‘real estate reality.’

Moe Abourched of MSM Luxury Estates is the listing agent.
