Jack Osbourne Flips Los Feliz Home For A Profit

Three years after buying in Los Feliz, Jack Osbourne has sold the home for a nice profit.

The famous rock ‘n’ roll offspring purchased the home in December 2011, for $2,820,000, just 4 months before he became a first-time dad. He and wife Lisa lived here for a few short years before flipping the home back on the open market in April 2014 with an asking price of $2.998 million. Just a month later, the home has closed for $3,200,000, which is $202,000 OVER the asking price.

Listing details show that Osbourne’s meticulously restored Spanish-style home at 2220 N Berendo Street is a private oasis in the heart of prime Los Feliz, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom and 4,810 square feet.

Painstakingly renovated by the previous owners in 2011, Jack’s just-sold home is a buyer’s dream: effortlessly functional for today’s modern lifestyle, all while retaining the charm and character of its authentic 1926 Spanish architecture.

Passing through a sunny courtyard, you’ll find charming details from the 1920’s era, including splashing fountains, and craftsmanship that is second to none. A stunning kitchen lies at the center of the home, which opens to a family room with soaring ceilings and French doors leading out to the central courtyard and pool.

A spacious master suite is situated upstairs, along with 2 additional bedrooms, each with their own private bath. A separate guest house features vaulted beam ceilings, a full kitchen and separate bedroom.

Perfect for any high-profile buyer, the home is walled and gated to ensure the utmost privacy and security.

Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland represented Osbourne in the sale and his H&H colleague Juliette Hohnen represented the buyer.
