‘90210’ actor Jason Priestley has just sold his house in the 91602 (Toluca Lake, that is) for a $140,000 loss.
The 90’s star who played Brandon Walsh in the cult TV hit ‘Beverly Hills 90210,’ paid $2,140,000 for this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,266 square foot estate in May 2007, just two months before he and his wife Naomi welcome their first child.
Now, just as he is about to release his memoir, property records show that the actor has sold off the home for $2 million, losing $140,000 on the deal. He first listed the property for $2.1 million in 2011 before taking it off the market and relisting it for $2,099,000 in February 2014.
Priestley’s just-sold home in the heart of Toluca Lake has a spacious foyer with a dramatic staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms. The living room features a stone fireplace and French doors, and nearby, an oversized family room features built-ins, and opens to the gorgeous formal dining room and the covered patio. The gourmet kitchen has an island, lots of cabinet space, a walk-in pantry, and breakfast area.
