Actress Julia Roberts and her husband Danny Moder have reportedly listed their stunning Kauai mansion for $17 million.
According to The Real Estalker, America’s sweetheart and her under-the-radar husband have swapped one stunning Hawaiian property for another and are now selling their former estate and trading up. Property records and media reports suggest that in November 2011, Roberts and Moder spent $13,375,000 to acquire the historic 3-acre beachfront Faye Estate on Hanalei Bay. With that new property in their portfolio, they are now selling another home nearby that they acquired in June 2009 for about $10 million.
Tucked away on the North Shore of Kauai, Roberts and Moder’s newly listed Hawaiian home is a ranch-style property nestled in the middle of paradise. Property records show that the newly remodeled home at 5-8192 Kuhio Hwy, Haena, HI spans three contiguous parcels that total 8.92 acres, with 400 feet of gorgeous ocean frontage.
The residence has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and over 1,800 square feet of living space. A separate guest cottage has another bedroom and bathroom.
Aside from seasonal swimming, surfing, windsurfing, and snorkeling activities in the nearby ocean waters, the home has large grassy lawns.
