It’s practically a rite of passage for each of the Kardashian children to buy their first palatial pad, and supermodel sis Kendall Jenner is no different. She just dropped $6.5 million on John Krasinski and Emily Blunt’s West Hollywood, CA, home for sale, which was originally listed in January for $8 million. It looks like Kendall snagged a little bit of mom Kris Jenner’s business acumen (Kris is a real estate tycoon in her own right) and negotiated an even lower sales price. But seeing as John and Emily bought the house in 2009 for $1.587 million, it may be the Bluntzinskis who made out like bandits in this deal.
Tucked at the end of a private gated driveway in one of the fanciest neighborhoods of the Hollywood Hills, this architectural beauty, located on a 15,699-square-foot lot, is a fusion of exquisite design, quality, style, and craftsmanship.
