Leighton Meester, known for her role as Type-A Manhattan tyrant Blair Waldorf on the now-dead CW series Gossip Girl, has sold her four-bed, five-bath spread in Encino, CA, for a cool $2.015 million. It sounds like the brunette beauty has nothing but good things coming her way: She’s expecting her first child with her new husband, fellow former teen drama star Adam Brody.
