Matt Damon Reportedly Purchases in Pacific Palisades

According to Curbed LA, the Oscar-winning Boston babe has possibly relocated his family to a $15M 13,508 sq ft Pacific Palisades estate. For the past few years, “Mr. Bourne,” his wife and three daughters have been residing in Miami Beach in a Spanish-style  9-bedroom, 10-bathroom beach front home they purchased in 2005 for $10.3M.

Although there has been no confirmation of the Pacific Palisades purchase, Damon would be snatching up a real LA gem with this fabulously chic property. The exquisite KAA designed 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate features contemporary touches throughout the entire 29,000 sq ft lot and is surrounded by fine mahogany at every turn. The mahogany flooring, walls, and 35 ft vaulted ceilings pair very nicely with the disappearing walls of glass, open floor plan and long, clean, horizontal architecture.

A floating staircase, an open atrium connecting the three levels and recessed lighting provide a dramatic and authentic mood while still exuding a homey feel. Each room offers plenty of windows offering beautifully lit quarters and the master suite comes fully equipped with an out-of-this world walk-in closet.

The outdoor area offers a cabana-style deck, a mini koi pond, a large beautifully lit pool, and a grassy area surrounded by palm trees giving it a hint of Miami and Spanish-style influence. The property also includes a gym, two maid rooms, office, guest suite and 5-car garage.
