On the heels of a summer 2013 wedding to new husband Justin Mikita, redheaded “Family” man Jesse Tyler Ferguson has just purchased a brand new Los Feliz mansion for $4.495 million!
Best known to the world for playing Mitchell Pritchett on the hit Emmy award-winning ABC show Modern Family, Ferguson’s new home is a Spanish Colonial Revival with a rockstar pedigree. According to the Real Estalker, Ferguson’s new abode was the longtime family home of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, who bought the house in 1998 for $1,375,000 and sold it in April 2007 for $4,795,000 to two-time Emmy nominated television writer/producer Mark Brazill.
