Nick Jonas Snags Spanish-Style Home in Los Angeles For $3.2 Million

The youngest Jonas Brother is making big moves!

21-year-old Nick Jonas, 1/3 of the now-defunct musical group The Jonas Brothers, has just splashed out $3.2 million on a secluded spanish-style compound above the Sunset Strip, as first reported by The Real Estalker.

Set behind large gates on a private cul-de-sac, Jonas’ new home has panoramic views from Downtown to the ocean. Set on a promontory, this authentic Villa has both old world charm and every modern amenity. Recently renovated to capture seamless indoor/outdoor living, all public rooms open to the pool and  grounds. A dramatic living room with fireplace and spacious dining room are ideal for entertaining. The master suite has high ceilings and a wood burning fireplace, and an adjacent master bath includes a steam shower and a large walk-in closet. Features of Jonas’ new estate include a gourmet kitchen, family room, and state-of-the-art security. An outdoor fireplace with seating and full guest house make this the perfect home for the youngest Jonas.

Nick Jonas bought this home from Mike Myer’s ex-wife, Robin Ruzan, who had been trying to sell the home for two years.

“The Jonas Brothers” crushed fans across the world with the news that they were disbanding after many years of making music together. They are each pursing individual projects, both personally and professionally. Nick Jonas had a small role on “Smash,” and also appeared this fall on “Hawaii Five-O.” When he’s not working, he’s spending time with his girlfriend, former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo. Brother Kevin Jonas is expecting his first child (a girl!) with wife Danielle, and the duo are also selling their New Jersey mansion for $2.2 million. Joe Jonas hasn’t announced any major plans for the future.
