Nick Jonas Lists 1930s Sunset Strip Home for $3.6 Million

The hunky singer is trying to break the chains of West Hollywood.

It’s hard to not be “jealous” of Nick Jonas’ West Hollywood pad. The singer, who has transformed from wholesome Jonas Brothers crooner to Marky Mark-esque underwear king, just put the luxe WeHo pad on the market, a little over a year after buying it.

Is it possible that the hunky singer is moving in preparation to marry his girlfriend, former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo?

The Mediterranean-style compound with a Spanish clay tile roof is located on a cul-de-sac right off the Sunset Strip. The home features a large open living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a grand dining room perfect for entertaining. And let’s face it, Nick probably had a few Disney Channel reunion parties in there with Demi Lovato and Zac Efron — and a few of those “bad kid” parties with Taylor Swift that were revealed during her Twitter hack.

The huge master suite has high ceilings, incredible views, another wood-burning fireplace, and a luxurious master bath with steam shower and period tiles, which is great, because nothing’s worse than off-period tiles. A gourmet kitchen opens to a large family room with surround-sound home theater, where the Brothers Jonas no doubt listened to themselves belt out a few tunes back in the days before they split.

The four-bed, five-bath estate, which was built in 1938, was designed with the idea of fusing together indoor/outdoor living, which is why many of the rooms open up to beautiful views of the Hollywood Hills, along with lush gardens and a Zen pool. (We bet Nick loves to get his “Namaste” on.)

Which leads us to the question: Why would Nick and Olivia want to move?

The 3,175-square-foot home is currently on the market for $3.6 million, a $400,000 price jump from when Nick bought it in November of 2013. Oh, and let’s nix the wedding rumors once and for all. It seems that just last week Olivia thought Nick was proposing to her during a performance and she panicked. Turns out, Nick was just serenading the 22-year-old beauty — not proposing. (Awkward.)

Looks like we may have to wait a little bit longer for a wedding in Jonas-land.
