UPDATE! Scott Disick Puts His Hidden Hills Bachelor Pad Up For Rent

Unable to sell his latest splurge, Lord Disick is looking for the perfect tenant.

Just call him LAND-Lord Disick, from now on, okay? Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Scott Disick, known for his on-and-off relationship with longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, has put his sprawling home in the ritzy enclave of Hidden Hills, CA up for rent. But don’t for a second think you’ll be moving into Chateau Disick, peasants: This rental comes with a price tag of $60,000 per month! Disick had put that seven-bed, seven-bath spread on the market to the tune of $8.8 million just six months after buying it for $5.96 million back in 2016. However, it looks like he wasn’t able to fetch that price, and decided to shoot for the rental instead.

The Cape Cod–style home, which was built in 1968, measures 8,110 square feet. Recently expanded and remodeled, the property offers bright and sunny views while maintaining extreme privacy at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With an open floor plan, the home features a new chef’s kitchen opening out to a large family room. There are also living and formal dining rooms that open to each other, as well as a second family room in the downstairs children’s wing. A loft in the upstairs children’s wing provides extra space for a growing family.

In the main living area, there are six bedrooms, including the master suite that has its own balcony, new bath, and big dual closets. A separate guest suite, perfect for a nanny or housekeeper, has its own entrance. The expansive grounds include a large pool, spa, lawn, patios, fire pit, and basketball area.

Although Scott and Kourtney Kardashian, have split, the pair have three children together and have a serious history of buying and selling high-end property.  Back in 2014, Scott and Kourtney bought a sprawling, 11,747-square-foot home in Calabasas, CA, for $8.495 million from ESPN football analyst Keyshawn Johnson. And before that, they had another colorful Calabasas spread that looks like it was decorated by Beetlejuice. To each his own, right?
