Sia Lists Her AF Leicht-Designed Home in Los Feliz

The singer/songwriter has found a new place to hang her “Chandelier.”

Sia has just listed her five-bed, four-and-a-half-bath spread in the cooler-than-thou Los Angeles town of Los Feliz for $4.995 million. The Titanium songstress probably hasn’t even unpacked her bags yet — she snagged the home just a few months ago for $4.7 million. At least we know if her music career ever dries up, she’s got thriving house-flipping skills to fall back on!

Measuring 5,161 square feet, the Mediterranean Revival–style home is an architectural gem by famed designer AF Leicht. Built in 1924, the home features unique decor such as stained-glass murals and highly articulated woodwork that feels more European than Californian.

But the California-cool aesthetic comes into play with the sunken living room, complemented by a sun/viewing room that captures the intense natural light that streams in. In the master suite, a wood-burning fireplace keeps things cozy, with a secluded balcony and soaking tub as added luxuries.

The home is ideal for entertaining, thanks to its spacious billiards room with a bar area, fireplace, and an outdoor patio area. The lush gardens feature a small, flowing river and statues, as well as a large rolling lawn and additional balconies. The destination spa is another unique quality of this Mediterranean beauty.

Sia also owns a home in the desert oasis of Palm Springs, CA, which she purchased in 2013 for $1.646 million. And then there’s the home she’s owned in hipster-dominated Silver Lake since 2012.

Coincidentally, some of Sia’s belongings were spotted being moved into a new home in the Hollywood Hills last month. And guess what paparazzi cameras snapped being unpacked?

A Chandelier, of course.
