Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Buy $14 Million NYC Condo

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are under contract to buy a stunning full-floor condo in New York City for $14 million.

First reported by the New York Post, Brady and Bundchen are buying an incredible 3-bedroom condo on the 47th floor of the famed One Madison building that was originally listed for $16.5 million.

Their new Manhattan digs are the highest single full-floor home at One Madison, and sits a few floors beneath the building’s three-floor, $50 million penthouse.

Accessed by a keyed elevator entrance that leads to a private foyer, Tom and Gisele’s new Gotham home features a gracious master bedroom suite, including a corner sitting room with North and East views, two walk-in closets and master bath with soaking tub, separate stall shower, double vanities and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms offer ensuite baths and generous closet space.

In the main living space, a great room connects to an open kitchen and separate dining area.

One Madison ran into financial woes almost immediately after it hit the market in 2007. Foreclosures and lawsuits plagued the high rise until it was taken over by new management, who were then able to attract A-list buyers.

Brady once owned a condo at Time Warner Center, which he sold for $17.5 million and Bündchen previously owned a triplex penthouse on West 11th Street, which she sold for $4.4 million.

Together, Brady and Bunchen were previously spotted checking out an $11.495 million duplex at 212 W 18th street before they settled on their new, incredible pad. On the West Coast, Tom, Gisele and their kids rest their heads in a $20 million-dollar, custom-built mansion with a moat.
