Topher Grace Finally Sells West Hollywood Hideaway

7 months after putting it on the market, the actor sells for for $1.685 million — significantly less than asking.

That ’70s Show is long gone — and now so is star Topher Grace’s Hollywood home.

Topher, whose name is actually just Christopher with the “Chris” cut off, has finally sold his petite pad for $1.685 million, after putting it on the market back in August of last year for $1.895 million.

Located on a private cul-de-sac just off Sunset Plaza, the single-level home is the picture of laid-back California cool, with an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool and lush landscaping.

It looks like Topher, who had a role in the recent hit Interstellar, is moving on to a home that’s a little more family-oriented than this bachelor pad. He just got engaged to actress Ashley Hinshaw in January.

Topher bought the house from former Desperate Housewives heartthrob Jesse Metcalfe for $1.6 million back in 2006. And before Metcalfe, the home belonged to celebrity makeup artist Scott Barnes. And before him, it belonged to Megan Mullally, according to Variety.

Grace still maintains a two-bed, two-and-a-half-bath New York apartment, which he snagged in 2004.

In addition to successful early movie roles in films like Traffic and In Good Company, Topher gained renown for his role as teen Eric Forman on That ’70s Show, in which he starred opposite Orange is the New Black star Laura Prepon, Black Swan Oscar nominee Mila Kunis, and Demi Moore’s ex-husband Ashton Kutcher.
