Topher Grace Lists Tiny Hollywood Hills Hideaway

A small space, but what a location!

That ’70s Show actor Topher Grace has just put his Hollywood Hills hideaway on the market for $1.89 million.

Topher bought the place in January 2006 for $1.27 million from actor Jesse Metcalf.

Tiny by Hollywood standards, the home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,799 square feet.

Described by Grace’s real estate agent as a “picturesque pied-a-terre,” the home sits on a private cul-de-sac off Sunset Plaza. What it lacks in square footage, it makes up for in location, location, location!

The single-level home has a great open floor plan, with hardwood floors and soft, natural light throughout.

The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, and the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet plus a sumptuous bath.

Topher’s tiny pad has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow to a sparkling pool and several lush outdoor spaces for lounging and entertaining.

Topher joins his other That ’70s Show cast-mates, new parents Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, on the real estate merry-go-round. Ashton just sold his bachelor pad for $9.92 million, and Mila is asking nearly $4 million for her single-gal spread.
