"Lots are big so dogs have room to run within their fenced property. Many dirt roads so dogs can be walked, but not a sidewalk area and many people are concerned about confrontations with coyotes."

"Most properties are large enough for your pet to run/play. because it's the desert you need to reinforce your fencing to make sure your pet doesn't get out into the environment."

"plenty of horseback riding , dirt bike trails and jumps 20 minutes to wrightwood for skiing in the winter the town of Phelan does trunk or treat for the kids and Phelan fun days car shows , we have a great library that does movies and story time the Schools are great too many things to list that make our town amazing! "
