"Easy walk to the mall and the beach. Quick access to Interstate 5 and state highway 78. Best climate in San Diego with day temperatures usually in the high 60's to high 70's. Very rarely do you need an overcoat or air conditioning. Quiet for a beach city. Good schools and safe to walk at night."
