Description

Welcome to your dreamy, one-of-a-kind coastal reatreat. Nestled in the prestigous NorthWest Huntington Beach area, where the only thing better than the location is everything else about this place! This single-story stunner has been whipped into shape from top to bottom, and it's ready to dazzle you with its nearly 1,800 square feet of pure living joy. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's enough space to start a small band or hide from said band when you need a break. Vaulted ceilings with fancy recessed lighting give you that "Ahh, I'm home" feeling, while the oversized mirrored closets in the primary bedroom ensure you'll always leave the house looking your best (or at least knowing you tried). The pièce de résistance? A custom-built California room complete with a fireplace, kitchen, and TV, because why decide between being indoors or outdoors when you can basically have both at the same time? Let's talk floors – we've got luxury vinyl flooring that's so nice you'll want to walk around barefoot just to feel fancy. And the kitchen! Oh, the kitchen...equipped with a large Kitchen Island and built in Microwave complemented with its contemporary style quartz counters and self-closing shaker cabinets, you'll look for excuses to whip up a meal or just stare admiringly at your reflection in the shiny surfaces. Situated in a location so pristine even the local wildlife is jealous, you're a stone's throw away from the Bolsa Chica Wetlands' where you enjoy the best hiking and biking trails. Plus, you're smack dab in the middle of the award-winning HB school district and have easy freeway access for when you need to escape to, well, anywhere else. This isn't just a house; it's a lifestyle upgrade waiting for you to sign on the dotted line. Additional Upgrades: BRAND NEW Composition Roof, 3 Car Garage with Epoxy Flooring, Fresh Landscaping, RV Parking, Double Pane Windows, New Water Heater, Built in Drybar

"We have lived in HB for 29 years. It used to be a sleepy little beach resort. Now that we are "on the map", traffic is terrible. If you live anywhere near Beach Blvd, Adams, Goldenwest or any of the other major streets (which there are many) you will hear traffic, especially motorcycles. Of course, this is just the price we pay for living in a city with great weather, access to upper scale shopping, freeway close to Disneyland, mountains and the desert. If you are considering HB and have never been here, I would consider visiting on a weekend so you can see and hear the impact the traffic will make on your daily life."

"I work based at home so I couldn’t tell ya. But it’s close enough to downtown when I have meetings down there to ride my bike down. And good access to freeways, the most I commute is to North County SD or Beverly Hills."
