"I commute to SanFrancisco on 280 at 9:00 AM, no problem, early morning and late afternoon traffic is heavy around San Jose Thanks to full employment, and a good economy. Would I trade for the days when so many were out of work? No! We need fast rail transportation, but unfortunately not in my life time."
