Description
Simply one of the best view properties in all of Laguna Beach, this hillside estate takes in extraordinary coastline panoramas stretching to Los Angeles. The site is composed of four lots (1/3 acre in total) at the end of a cul de sac which creates a uniquely spacious and private setting. This combination of elevation and orientation creates seemingly endless views of the ocean and city lights that unfold below. Recently remodeled and refinished throughout, the contemporary design features floor-to-ceiling walls of glass opening to these vistas. Spacious rooms feature vaulted ceilings and greige colored wood and limestone floors. The rooms are ideal for entertaining and flow onto adjacent view terraces. The home presents a primarily single-level living experience with the master bedroom and all the main public rooms on one level. Recent renovations include an all new kitchen, baths, windows, limestone and wood flooring, lighting, glass railings, and landscaping. The gated property also features a large garden, lawn, and swimming pool – all open to the view and surrounded by a lush tropical landscape. A motor court, three-car garage, and an ocean view office (or fourth bedroom), complete the property.

What Locals Say about Laguna Beach
- Sabrina Skelly

"Good family neighborhood, nice area, low crime. No sidewalks, so street infrastructure can be unsafe. Parks are driving distance, not many parks in walking distance. PCH and bad drivers are a larger risk. "
- Jayde House

"The Laguna beach dog park is the best in the county! 3 acres. Gorgeous maintained. Very dog friendly community. Beaches are dog friendly during off season."

"I work from home and live a block from the beach. No complaints. The commute during tourist season doubles but the Laguna Beach lifestyle is worth it!"

"I think it’s important that parents take their kids to the parks in the neighborhood and Laguna for their kids to play with each other. The baseball team through Laguna Beach and school activities are incredible. I see a lot of the high school kids and my grandson as well surfing down at Thalia Street"

"We have block parties a few times a year. We watch out for strangers and know who our neighbors are. Word gets around and many are members of Next Door so if lost pets are found or any suspect incidents we all are aware."
- Plustig

"I live in Rancho Laguna neighborhood and it is totally different from the village. It is where we join the world of nature and the ocean Surrounding it. We also have much better parking and a designated trolley to bring us into the village. One day you see a family of coyotes raising their young and the next you see deer frolicking in the meadow. It is the secret sanctuary of Orange County. "

"There are very few bag “poop” stations. The city should definitely do more to provide for its four legged friendly community."
- Kristywallick

"Laguna Canyon gets backed up from 5-7pm... also some traffic in the morning. Summers and spring break are also very busy times in Laguna Beach with tourists and more traffic. "
- Ramona Resident

"Dogs are welcomed...but as a responsible dog owner, I pick up after several other dogs on my street. It’s unfortunate because it makes everyone (me) look bad"

"Our neighborhood has Moulton Meadows Park where children play soccer and neighbors play tennis and basketball. Lots of dog walking going on! Our block closes down one Sunday in the summer for a block party where we meet our neighbors and have pot luck. Halloween we go down to Oak Street to see and be seen in costumes."
