"The Garden District has been justly honored. Both public and private schools in a 2-mile radius are excellent. You can walk to dog park, City Park/LSU lakes instead of driving. Incredible location with access to LSU, downtown and interstates. The neighborhood has character and beautiful homes and oak trees in the medians."
