"Dogs are welcome. An abnormal number of people use ‘leaf’ blowers for tiny yards..sometimes with no trees??? It bothers me, so I’m imagining dogs don’t like it either... I’m hoping there will a rake revival."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and I love it. The area is beautiful and the homes are well maintained. However, there are no sidewalks, NO privacy and the people are VERY nosy in general. Also the HOA’s run everything, they literally tell you what you can and cannot do in your own home and yard. Every last little detail."
