Description

$3,125,00 with a deeded boat slip direct across the street! Boat lovers' paradise without all the extra waterfront costs see video 2 (MLS #U8225271)! Welcome to this luxurious estate in Pasadena Yacht and Country Club's gated community. This exquisite residence sits on one of the rare oversized "Premier" lots on hole one's fairway and has been transformed on the outside and inside. Upgrades include a new tile roof installed in 2023 (lowering insurance premiums up to 35%), a new paver driveway system finishing the entrance, and the latest new lawn and landscaping framing the home. The elegant entryway with soaring ceilings and a view of hole one's fairway of the PYCC golf course is impressive. The house is separated from the fairway with a water feature that gives privacy and extensive views. Elegant designer features throughout every aspect of the home include custom carpentry, solid wood core doors, and luxurious lighting added in 2021. These artistic details enhance the graceful lines and fine architectural details. Local artisan Debra May hand-painted elements of the home and new detailed drapes were added in 2021 and 2022. The primary-level owner's suite is exceptional, with a relaxing lounge overlooking the pool and fairway. The exquisite bath has vivid details and boasts an oversized walk-in shower, a soaking tub adorned with elegant lighting, a stone back wall feature, and beautiful double vanities. There is also a spacious walk-in closet, and down the hallway, you will find an executive office overlooking the landscaping in the front of the home. At the west end of the first level is the chef's kitchen filled with wood cabinetry, new pull-out drawers that enhance the lavish granite countertops, a wet bar, upscale appliances, a gas stove, and the convenience of a butler's pantry. Storage is abundant. The kitchen opens to the dining room and overlooks the family room with a built-in entertainment center and gas fireplace. A spacious casual dining area features expansive views of the hole one fairway with French doors leading to the outdoor cooking area, impressive verandah, redesigned saltwater pool, portico, and lower-level patio. It is truly an outdoor oasis where you can enjoy all the green space. The winding stairway circles past a cascading crystal chandelier to the three spacious guest bedrooms, with updated baths and floors in 2021, all stylishly appointed and built around a central living area. A three-car garage with finished floors and additional courtyard parking. The Pasadena Golf and Yacht Club is across the street and offers a beautiful 18-hole golf course established in 1924 and redesigned by the legendary Arnold Palmer. Amenities include a fun clubhouse with dining rooms, an Olympic-sized pool, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a marina with reciprocal yachting privileges leading out to the Boca Ciega Bay. A 50-foot x 19-foot boat slip is available at a $3,125,00 price to include a deeded dock with water and electricity and is conveniently located near the gate marina entrance. This gated community with a security guard is located 10 minutes from St. Pete Beach and 15 minutes from all the museums and venues of downtown St. Petersburg. Easy access to I-275 and 35 minutes to Tampa Airport. Furnishings may be purchased separately. Upon purchase, the buyer has 30 days to join the club and skip the 4-year waitlist. The property has a transferable termite warranty.

What Locals Say about Gulfport

  • Inrchld
"We've lived in Gulfport for 10 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. A true neighborhood of residents continually committed to maintaining that vibe. Also, eclectic, artsy, unique from the homes and their gardens, mailboxes, driveways, etc.., ever interesting. The mix of all ethnicities that's proudly displayed and protected makes it especially unique. There is always so much to do, whichever way you turn. You're never bored or lonely living here."

"We’ve had the pleasure of residing in Gulfport for eight years. We resided in our first Florida home for just as many. The day we came to look at our present home was also a Tuesday Market day so we attended to enjoy but also to talk with the locals and learn what we could. The town motto displayed on shirts and other items that “If You’re to Weird for Gulfport You’re to Weird”! made us wonder about the meaning. Everyone was so nice that on the ride back I commented to my husband I thought that must be it. Gulfport is a true neighborhood right down to repeating vacationers. In this highly transient State you don’t find many generational citizens. Here you’ll find many generational Gulfportians! Our town lives a life of acceptance of an even greater melting pot than that which formed the country and are very protective of it! On hot days you can walk or bike ride in the cooler evenings with your pets. Pets are highly valued citizens as well. Our rich Artist’s community keeps yards, homes freshly unique. It’s just “Weird” "
