3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children have attended this school since kindergarten and we have been pleased. Kinder through 6 in the Spanish immersion program were wonderful! Jr high seems to change with teachers that lack empathy and black and white discipline practices that don’t support social emotional wellbeing. Overall it was a good experience for my children but I think due to the teacher shortage and increased disrespect from students it may be declining.Parent Review2mo ago - Peoria High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePeoria high school has been amazing! The staff and teachers are phenomenal. A lot of the staff are alumni so you really get a sense of pride and community. The opportunities for students are endless! I'm excited for my second oldest to start at Peoria next year and join her brother as a proud panther!Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 8030 W Lincoln St.

"not the best looking neighborhood but definitely a neighborhood with people who care for the neighborhood and it's safety. some sketchy people once and a while but for the most part most neighbors are great people who care for the neighborhood "

"I've lived here since the beginning of November and have to say that I am really glad I got in early and stuck through the initial setbacks. It definitely can't be easy trying to manage a large apartment complex while it's in the process of being built and they've done a great job. The apartments themselves are beautiful and a relaxing place to call home, I have a top floor unit so can't say anything about noise above but I hardly ever hear neighbors. The construction noise goes on during the day but it's not excessive and they are done by the evening making the fantastic patios a great place to hangout. The pool and BBQ area is kept up really well daily and a popular place on the weekends. Their maintenance crews are busy all day keeping up the property and quick to do repairs. On the weekends the traffic towards the stadium can be hectic but everything you need is towards Camelback and away from the worst of it. The area is growing fast and an awesome place if you want to be close to the amenities Glendale has to offer."

"We have all different kinds of events. It's a family park. The park gives gifts to the kids at Christmas. The have a bus stop here at the park with a park resident that stands with the children till they are picked up. It's a great place to live. "

"it looks well safe and sound well-manicured. It looks like a place that I would enjoy living and being comfortable and safe is very expensive portant to me. To know that we have great neighbors that will look out for each other I respect each other space. That is very important as well. You want to be able to relax and enjoy your home because you make your house a home some place that after a very trying day you're able to come home and relax and not worry about your neighbors.."

"Long commutes to downtown as I live in north Peoria, lake pleasant and happy valley. Drive to downtown or Glendale is about 30-40 minute drive. It is nice but the area is growing too fast for commute and what area has to offer. This area will need its own mall just like Glendale has Tanger and Arrowhead. Way more development happening as we speak and I hope the city is ready for that. Haven’t looked at what their plans are yet but we don’t plan to stay here for more than 10 years. "
