They will report to the police even you ain’t park over 48 hours. If they see you, they will criticize you and said that is his spot. ( new move to here for 3 months) "

Fort Funston, the Zoo, SFSU, Lake Merced, Olympic Club, and San Francisco Golf Club, and yes, Target and Home Depot are in close proximity."

It was called the Mayberry RFD of the Bay Area. It is a safe community and close to everything and ideal for commuting to S.F. and the peninsula. The schools, and the Westlake Shopping Center are family friendly and within walking distance. Call the Broadmoor Police Department and you will get a pretty good idea why Broadmoor Village is the place to live for anyone who appreciates a safer, quieter, more family friendly area!"
