"Not that many dogs, no where for them to play and be free, too much traffic, too small a space. I can't think of anything they would like about raising a dog in a highly dense downtown neighborhood. "

"The “can I speak to the managers” are about 1 in 20. Most people are very caring and friendly. There are a fair amount of homeless people in the area who break into whatever they can, including to shower in our private community. I feel unsafe walking after dark. Lots of families and dogs, if that’s what you care about. "

"I don’t have a whole lot to say about this neighborhood that’s so special besides the screams sometimes you hear or the nice random cats all over the place! You can tell who is local and who is brand new like myself and it’s been fun and all but paying to park in front of my home and not promised a spot is horrible and frustrating. "
