Washer and dryer in unit. Water and quarterly pest treatment included. Tenant responsible for electricity. There is no gas available. Pets ok with nonrefundable pet fee $750. First/last month's rent and deposit required at signing. One year minimum. Background and credit check required. No smoking. Multiple uncovered parking spaces available, but cars must be registered. 2 condo keys, one gate remote, one pool fob, and one gym key provided. $75 fee for lost gate remote, pool fob or gym key.
