"most of the lighting in the lower income area is terrible at best. people speed through side streets with no care for others. dont have a delivery sent to your front door without you or someone to receive it. great recreation areas, community events are fun for all ages. you're never far from the necessities. "

"I have live in The Colony for a long time. The first time was 27 years. And now it has been 8 years. I have seen The Colony grow from having one main street being the only street that goes all the way through the town to now having a few ways to get through. Is great just what this town needed to go into the new century "

"No dog park but there is a very long beautiful nature trail along the lake which has a great view of the sunset. Also lots of land to run around on."
