Can anyone recommend some good preschools in the San Ramon area or within 15 min of driving?
My daughter has already had a year of preschool but is only 4 so will still be in preschool another year.
I am interested in a learning based preschool with good teacher/student interaction. Thanks

I am subscribed to Windemere Owners Yahoo group found following pre-school with very high recommendations. I know few people going to following learning based pre-school with excellent teacher/student interation and low Teacher/Student ratio

I have also been involved in various workshops and seminars for Early Childhood Education. In the course of my teaching career, I have envisioned myself of having a learning center with a mission to inspire and educate young children in a fun filled environment, to provide a foundation for future learning, to enable them in becoming a productive and self-reliant individual. Dear Jonathan,
Hope you're doing well. To add to Margaret's response, some other options that I personally looked into were: Tassajara Learning Center http://tassajaralearningcenter.com/ Autumn Creek Learning Center http://www.autumncreek-lc.com/ You can also look at the website run by Jennifer Jelavich to explore more options - http://www.eastbaypreschools.com/ Good luck! Here’s a few good pre-school in San Ramon:
Little Bridges Child Care Center (my son goes there and will be going back for after school age care as well as many of the kids in his preschool class, kind of tells you what kind of preschool it is if the kids are coming back) – it’s in a church facility, Canyon Creek Church. They do teach bible once or twice a week for about ½ hour. Other than that, they don’t push religion on to you. http://www.littlebridges.org/ Acorn (2 schools in San Ramon) http://acornlc.com/ Stratford School – in Danville, but a great private school http://www.stratfordschools.com/Default.asp?bhcp=1 Other Schools in San Ramon: http://maps.google.com/maps?sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&r If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me directly.
