They are very organized and established. I think they run a pretty good shop. Cypress Landing is located in a the desirable Iona area of south Ft. Myers, between Iona, Cook and John Morris Roads. It is a nice size community with about 171 new single family homes. You can also purchase townhomes and other type homes. The monthly association fee includes lawn and yard maintenance. Located just minutes to Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach. Great shopping, dining and entertainment are very nearby. Prices start in the high $200's. They have a clubhouse with state of the art gym, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, kid's pool and tote area. Easy commute via I-75. 15 minutes to the beach and Sanibel. 10 minutes to Ft. Myers International and downtown. Golf courses, Wall-mart, BJ's, banks, restaurants, hospital and natural protected areas nearby. This is a nice community and I think there are many more just as good are maybe even better for the money. We would love to help you locate your FL home.
