We moved in Nov of 06 from OK and she helped us find the perfect house that met all of our needs including those of my special needs child and those of my husbands business, From start to finish she did an amazing job running down leads, checking schools and neighborhoods, taking tons of pictures and even making sure all the details were finalized while we were on the road coming here. I recently spoke with a realtor about this very thing and was told that the supposed buy out program will be impossible to implement here on the coast. I hope you decide to come on down its a wonderful place here in spite of whats happened. All of Pass Christian flooded in Katrina with an average of 13 feet. On any given day that it rains there are no real areas that have flooding. If you are buying there are several nice areas in and around town in a variety of price ranges. If you are planning to build there is a minimun height requirement set out by FEMA.

my favorite areas of the Pass are from the beach to Second Street, Timber Ridge, Espy Dr over to Menge Rd and Henderson Point but if you are looking for further inland there are some nice neighborhoods on Kiln Delise Rd and some areas North of I-10
