i donot know whether there are any houses for that price in windmere. can you please point out the builder or community name. what we saw was 800 for a 3 bhk by brookfield. that was the cheapest. he was ready to go to 750k + 60k upgrades. but not below than that. - Mon Jul 7 2008, 10:08

construction looks good. but it is beside rail track. we backed out because of that. in phase 2 houses might be a bit far away from the track. check out how close is your plot to the rail track. - Fri Jun 27 2008, 13:20
