Does any body have latest price sheet from Olliveta?

LoveBayArea answered:
Campton is highly over priced. I will stay awayy from them. Iliveta is competitively priced. AS Carol said it is priced 900k-1M depending on sqft, location, upgrades and lot size. It was selling 25-30% higher for similar homes 2 years ago. Oliveta and nearby community started selling Spring 2007. - A few hours ago
LoveBayArea answered:
I think so. Based on past history of sales, it seems oliveta is located well, some of those homes backing beautiful open space. If it is offered at 910k, I may try to get little bit cheaper and see how builder responds. - Wed Aug 13 2008, 09:46

Is 1.15 M a good offer for Santorini plan 2?

LoveBayArea answered:
Unfortunately, I do not have info about model. It should be very easy to take this info and map it down to model number at the sales office. You may start at 1.05 or 1.1, but key is at what price they are willing to sell? All depends on what upgrades, when house is getting ready? any other potential buyer interested in making an offer.

Good luck with home buying process. If you have any more questions or need info, you may send email to me - Tue Aug 5 2008, 18:12
Most of Santaroni homes are sold around 1.1M or above. Hawthorne is no comparison to Santaroni. It may depend on lot size, location, upgrades. Hold on tight!!!!! following is all sold details

Unless builder has accepted your offfer officially, signed the contract and you got a copy of that contract, builder can take offer from any buyer. I suspect builder does it all the time. A buyer puts an offer - in this market lower than what builder is asking for. Builder will always keep on looking for another buyer who is willing to pay higher and sell that home to highest bidder.

So, there is so much you can go back and forth if you are settled that you want that specific home. - Thu Jul 24 2008, 06:06
LoveBayArea answered:
In most cases if you buy house now it is available to move in by Oct 08-Jan 09. few exceptions are house is almost ready to move in. So, school opening logic may not apply well in case of new homes directly. It is possible that overall there are more homes in market (new +resale) and less buyers. Depending on how desparate builder is, you may be able to get a good deal. Good luck.. BTW, how much they are selling for now? - Fri Jul 18 2008, 18:42
