"Nice enough neighborhood, but it is in the Columbus city school district and should be southwestern. There are 3 schools not far from this neighborhood but my kids have to go to the terrible CSD. It makes no sense."

"I live on the north side of Hall Road is the smallest part of the Development. On this side of Hall Rd. it is a very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. I've had no real problems. The housing is priced very fair and you get alot more house here than say Canal Winchester, Pickerington, Dublin, New Albany, Westerville, Etc.. I settled on this area after much searching and I'm very happy thus far. The worse part of my home on Meadow Downs Trail is that is back up to Hall Rd and as a result there are some issues with noise but nothing major and you pretty much ignore it after time. If I had it to do over again I would prefer to live in one of the properties that backs up to the wooded area. Thats really the only Con I can think of besides the fact that their is a home owners association does wants to collet $200+ yearly and can not demonstrate to me after many attempts as to what service or value of any kind they actually bring to the community. There is no community swimming pool for example. We do have a couples of ponds but they are not upkep. The wooden railing around the shared propties is in disarray and the wood is rotting and the fencing falling down. There is trash everywhere on trails near the ponds and the ponds themselves are very unsanitary and dirty and never stocked so I do not see the point. Overall, I do have to say I am really happy with my decision to live here. Thanks for reading!"
