Actor Tim Curry has just sold his stunning Spanish-style home in Los Angeles for $3.2 million.
‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’ actor purchased the place from ‘Frasier’ star David Hyde Pierce in 2006, paying $2 million for the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,365 square foot home at 4724 Cromwell Avenue.
Under Curry’s ownership, the 1920’s era home underwent an extensive restoration that brought it up to the modern century, all while keeping the period details and charm of the private home that sits on park-like grounds.
Tim Curry has had a successful acting career on the stage and screen, and in the realm of real estate, he seems to have the magic touch. Three of his former estates have gone on to be the homes of other massive celebrities. He sold a house in 2005 to Christina Ricci, another one that he owned is currently Colin Farrell’s Los Angeles home, and most notably, he owned the home at 2666 Aberdeen Avenue that Robert Pattinson just sold to Jim Parsons for $6,375,000.
