Alec Baldwin Moves Down the Street to NYC’s Greenwich Village

’30 Rock’ funny man Alec Baldwin is a very dedicated New Yorker. Not only has he toyed with the idea of running for mayor but he has now officially snagged yet another beautiful New York City home. This time, it’s a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Greenwich Village condo just five miles from the Central Park West co-op that he currently has on the market for $9.5 million.

For those unfamiliar with ‘The Village,’ it’s one of New York’s poshest neighborhoods, rich with music and artistic culture. In other words, this is one heck of a place for AB to call home!

The new penthouse exudes class as the sleek 4,137 sqft space mixes traditional Italian and English detailing with contemporary interior designs done up by Victoria Hagan. According to The Real Estalker, “the main living space pinwheels around a floating staircase and includes a formal dining room, living room with a fireplace […].” The entire property is lined with windows and dark wooden floors throughout, all accenting a white ceiling with slight coffered architecture.

Every bedroom includes its very own bath, the large master bedroom features a fancy dressing area trimmed with closets, and the spacious, brightly lit upstairs living area includes two terraces. A perfect place for Alec take in the view while enjoying a premium H. Upmann.

Designed by famed architect Emery Roth, this historic, pre-war building includes a grand Art Deco lobby with a doorman and concierge service, fitness center, 1/2 court basketball, children’s playroom, bike room and garage. Nothing but the best for ‘Jack Donaghy.’
