Alexis Bellino is on a real estate spree. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star just purchased a four-bed, four-and-a-half bath custom home for $1.3 million in the beautiful San Juan Capistrano, CA. But this isn’t Bellino’s only serious purchase lately. Back in May while she was still married to husband Jim, the couple dropped $4 million on a stylish oceanfront home in the Ritz Cove community in Dana Point, CA. But now that the couple has split, it looks like the new San Juan Capistrano home is going to be Bellino’s home base.
Step inside the double door entry to the dramatic two-story foyer, which serves as both a majestic and welcoming entrance to the 3952-square-foot home, which was built in 1989. On the main floor, a guest suite with its own private entrance is ideal for in-laws or an au pair. A spacious kitchen has granite counters, a large center island, and a cozy breakfast nook with a built-in desk and bar. In the large family room, a built-in entertainment center and fireplace is the perfect spot to cozy up with the kids for a movie. But perhaps the most luxe aspect of the property is its stunning master suite- a private getaway with vaulted ceilings and a large fireplace. In the master bath, a deep soaking tub is the perfect spot to destress, while a large separate shower is ideal for busy mornings.
Outside, the lushly landscaped yard is filled with mature trees, while a spacious entertainment area features a sparkling swimming pool and spa, as well as a partially covered patio, bar, and BBQ with a fireplace. If Bellino was still on the popular Bravo show, this would be the perfect spot to uncork a bottle of Pinot Grigio with her castmates.
Bellino certainly isn’t the only OC Housewife with a taste for luxury real estate. You may recall OG OC Housewives star Jeana Keough, who loved to purchase top-tier properties with a quickness. And then there’s current star Kelly Dodd, who just sold her luxurious spread on Corona del Mar’s Big Corona Beach last year.
