Anna Faris Lists Her Hollywood Hills Home For $2.5M

Fresh off a split from Chris Pratt, the actress is saying goodbye to her longtime property.

Actress and podcaster extraordinaire Anna Faris is in a period of change. After splitting from her husband, mega-star Chris Pratt last year, the star of CBS’s Mom is making another move: She’s selling her three-bed, three-bath home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.5 million.

Measuring 2563 square feet, Anna’s Mid-Century Modern estate is as unique as they come. Nestled in the lower part of Nichols Canyon in the Hollywood Hills, the home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 37,682-square-foot-lot that will have any resident feeling like they’re living amongst the treetops. Perfectly placed on almost an acre of lush, jungle-esque landscaping, the home features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and walls of glass that truly embrace the mid-century design aesthetic. Tons of natural light streams in through the windows, creating a sunny and welcoming atmosphere. A spacious kitchen features Sub-Zero appliances and granite counters, while a roomy family room is the perfect spot to entertain friends. The master suite is a luxurious oasis, with a master bath that feels like a day at the spa: A private patio, spa-like bath and steam shower are the picture of luxurious amenities. The outdoor space will have your houseguests refusing to leave as well; A sparkling swimming pool set amidst the tropical gardens appears lagoon-like, while plenty of patio space offers endless options for barbecues and get-togethers. There’s even a sandy Bocce court, which is the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic view of the canyons and trees over Los Angeles.

Though Faris has owned the Nichols Canyon home since 2005, when she purchased it for $1.995 million, it’s not the first time she tried to sell it: Back in 2013, she listed the home for $2.3 million. Clearly, she’s quite familiar with the area: Also in 2013, Faris and then-husband Chris Pratt purchased a home in Nichols Canyon for $3.3 million.
